What is the Kohler Associate Store?

Kohler Associate Store is an e-commerce site that only our North America and UK Kohler Associates can access; it is not available to the public.  The site will provide Kohler associates the opportunity to purchase both logoed and non-logoed merchandise for personal, business and/or recognition purposes at a discount. The site will also provide associates with the opportunity to purchase tickets for events coordinated by Kohler Associate Events such as the Associate Picnic, Retirement Parties, and others. Destination Kohler and Kohler branded gift cards will also be available for purchase. 

 

 

What is the difference between the Kohler Associate Store and other Kohler Co. store sites such as Kohler Promotional Merchandise (CSE), Kohler.com/friends, Kohlerpower.com, etc.

Kohler Associate store is exclusive for Kohler Associates, offering a selection of both logoed and non-logoed merchandise available throughout Destination Kohler. The site will also feature custom logoed merchandise not available through the other Kohler Co. store sites such as 2020 Ryder Cup, Manchester United, limited-edition offerings and future major golf championship retail.

Other Kohler Co. store sites such as Kohler.com/friends, Kohlerpower.com, etc. are public sites that are available to both Kohler associates and any vendor / distributor / key partners of Kohler Co. These sites will continue to offer our Kohler Associates merchandise for both personal and business purchases, but if you are looking for Golf, Kohler Water Spa, Kohler Chocolates, Yoga and our Kohler Featured Series merchandise at a discount, the Kohler Associate Store is the site to visit.

 

What are the logo options available?

All Kohler Company owned / trademark logos.

 

What is a special and bulk order?

  • Special Order merchandise are items we currently do not have stock on-hand but can order from our vendors with logo(s) of choice.       Delivery timeframe on special orders is 2-3 weeks from when the order is placed.

 

  • Bulk Order are purchases of 12 – 18 or more units that are offered at a higher discount but need to be special ordered.       Deliver timeframe on special orders is 2-6 weeks from when the order is placed.  

 

 

 

What is the lead-time on orders?

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday at 12:00pm (CST).  Any orders placed after 12:00pm (CST) will ship the next business day. 

 

  • In-stock items will ship within 24 hours

 

  • Special and Bulk Orders will ship in 2-6 weeks depending on the merchandise item.  

 

 

What are the delivery options?

  • Curbside Pick Up available Mondays 10am-2pm and Thursday 10am-4pm.

What are the forms of payment accepted?

  • Personal credit card for personal purchases only (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express)

 

  • Kohler Co. issued p-card for business purchases only

 

 

What is the return/exchange policy?

If you need to make an exchange, please contact us via email at kohlerassociatestore@kohler.com or via phone at 920-803-3025.  Note we can only refund or exchange items purchased online within 30 days.  Merchandise purchased from our stores such as Blackwolf Run, Whistling Straits, Kohler Waters Spa, Emporium or Scentualities must be returned directly to the store.

 

 

 

Can I redeem a Destination Kohler Gift Card on the Kohler Associate Store?

  • Yes… Please contact us via email at kohlerassociatestore@kohler.com or via phone at 920-803-3025 to inquire about using Destination Kohler Gift Cards.

 

How do I track my order?

  • A FedEx tracking number will be provided via email to track the drop shipped order placed.  

 

  • Interoffice Mail: An email will be sent to the associate informing that the package is being shipped via Kohler interoffice mail.       No tracking info is provided.      

 

  • Curbside Pick Up: An email will be sent to the associate to confirm date, time and location address for pickup.
